Modular cleaning system designed to get the best from the the processes of cleaning and desinfection of installations in the industry of nutritive liquids.

FEATURING

• Tank for recovered water from the alkaline rinsing for the starting of the precleaning. It is not isolated and it has not heating system. It only has inlet and outlet for the product.
• Tank for clean water for the following step of the precleaning and for the alkaline and acid rinsing. It is not isolated and it has not heating system.
• Tank for alkaline solution. It is perfectly isolated in all its surface. The heating system may be either direct (with an inner coil) or indirect (recirculation through plate exchangers) The tank is equipped with inlet, outlet, thermometer and a probe to measure the concentration.
• Tank for acid solution. Same as the previous tank.
• One or several impulse pumps, according to the number of cleaning lines.
• Valving and interconnections.

All the material is stainless steel AISI 304 y AISI 316.
The system is usually set up with pneumatic valves and controlled from an automaton in which the process steps are programmed:

• Acid and alkaline concentration.
• Acid and alkaline solutions temperature.
• Precleaning, cleaning and rinsing times.
• Automatic filling of acid and alkaline tanks.
• Checking of equipments to avoid failures.
• Controls of different pumps of the process.
• Action over the different valves of the process.
• Register of steps of the process.
