  This closed cheese vat a double “0” shaped may be used for different types of cheese. Its proper height assures the mechanic treatment over the curd to be very soft.
It is made only from stainless steel and its capacity varies from 500 to 12.000 litres.

OPEN VATS

The rectangular open cheese vat is useful for different types of cheese, especially those needing a very soft curd treatment. The output is very high since the production of fines is hardly any.
Made of stainless steel only, its size varies from 100 to 6.000 litres.
