This machine fills moulds continuosly. Filling is made by pumping: once the curd is processed, it is pumped from the cheese vat or from an intermediate tank to this filling machine.
The whey is drained off, partly, in the the hopper that receives the curd, and partly, in the column which fills the premoulds, as the same time that the curd is prepressed.This automatic filling substitutes manual filling.
Blind cheeses or mechanic eye cheeses may be obtained. It works for round, rectangular or square shape cheeses and its outpuet reaches to 600-1.800 chesses per hour, depending on the model.
 
Whey is collected in a tank placed below. Cleaning is made either from this tank or from the C.I.P. line. Made from stainless steel only. The change of cheese shape is very quick, as it is made by only one employee in a few minutes.
