Since the maintenance of microperforated moulds perfectly clean is of the utmost importance, Perinox constructs two very efficient systems for washing moulds:


TUNNEL WASHING MACHINE

The process takes three steps: pre-washing, main washing and rinsing / disinfection.

FEATURING:
• Steam heating through coil, and temperature control through temperature probe PT100 and digital thermometer.
• Circuits of stainless steel vozzles.
• Groups of blowers located between the different parts of the tunnel, to avoid the dragging and the dilution of the product.
• Groups of electric pumps for recirculation, with double filter in the inlet.

• Made from stainless steel only, with dismountable registers for access.

SOAKING BATH WASHING

This equipment consists of a two compartiment container : one, of variable capacity,according to the number of moulds, is used for the main wash; the other, for the rinsing / disinfection.
Moulds are placed in stainless steel baskets, which are introduced in the container by a tackle. These baskets are also used to keep the moulds.

• Electric pump for recirculation, with great flow and low pressure, with filter in
the inlet.
• Made from stainless steel only.
